Can I do reverse pickups ? How do I manage returns? To manage freight returns we have an easy solution for you. Process the shipping order through our booking platform select a courier that generates a consignment note ( as shown by the small icon on our freight quotes page ) , once the shipment has been processed you can generate a shipping label that can be emailed as it is a PDF document to the sender. We have one client who prefers to email a copy to the sender and also post a back up copy – just in case the sender does not have a printer.
